Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item at info@proreviewcard.com We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Personalized or customized items can be returned for a refund; however, the design charges, as part of the service provided, will be deducted from the refund amount.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
